Jennifer Aniston Joins Instagram with the Friends Reunion Selfie We Needed

This could not BE any cuter

We might never get a full-on Friends reunion special or series, but this may be the next best thing. Jennifer Aniston has finally joined the realm of social media with her very own Instagram page, and the first thing she did was treat fans to a very rare shot of all six Friends stars together again.

Yep, that's right. After all these years, the whole Central Perk crew are still there for each other, as evidenced by this shot of Aniston with Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and Matthew Perry all squeezed into frame. The setting might not have been a coffee shop, but perhaps they got into a little group gaming action for old time's sake during this get-together.

Prior to sharing this already iconic selfie, Aniston seemingly made her Instagram debut by commenting on LeBlanc's Instagram post celebrating Friends' 25th anniversary, writing: "You don't have to # me anymore."

It's good to know that they remain *friends* in real life, even as they continue to bat down the idea of returning to the studio to pick up where things left off with Friends' finale.

Were Ross and Rachel Really 'On a Break' on Friends?

Of course, this isn't the first time we've seen the stars of Friends get together over the years since their hit NBC show came to an end. Only last week, Cox shared a snap of herself with Aniston and LeBlanc on Instagram, and a few weeks prior to that Cox posted another pic featuring herself and Kudrow.

The actors have also previously reunited for various guest appearances on each other's other shows, they have participated in Friends-themed stunts for talk show hosts like Jimmy Kimmel and Ellen DeGeneres, and most of them even got together to celebrate James Burrows, whose early direction of Friends was essential to making the show as beloved as it was.

However, this is the first time fans are seeing all six stars together in one place at one time, and we could not be any more emotional about it right now. Where's Hugsy, the bedtime penguin pal, when you need him?

Friends is available to stream on Netflix until 2020, when it will move to HBO Max.
