Jamie Foxx Calls Katie Holmes Dating Rumors Hilarious

Despite recent rumors, Jamie Foxx says he is not dating Katie Holmes.

"[The rumors] are one hundred percent not true," Foxx told Entertainment Tonight. "In fact, it's quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people."

A rep for Holmes also tells TVGuide.com that the actors are just friends.

Earlier this week, it was reported that the two had been secretly dating for some time. The rumors stemmed from the August benefit where Holmes and Foxx were seen dancing.

Holmes, 34, has been single since her divorce from Tom Cruise last year. Foxx, 45, has two children but has never been married.
