During Friday's telecast of Frosty the Snowman, a flashy pop-up ad appeared in the corner of the screen blaring, "Bizarre Murder Suicide — News at 11!" A station spokeswoman conceded to TV Guide Online that the local news teaser was "poorly placed." Tell that to the thousands of kiddies who now think Frosty is a killer.
