If you're feeling on edge about How to Get Away with Murdercoming to an end, you're not the only one. The cast of the ABC drama has also been experiencing a whirlwind of emotions knowing their time on the show is almost up, and not just because one of them is almost certainly dying before all is said and done.

Beyond the fear that any of the beloved characters these actors have portrayed for years might kick the bucket soon, there's the added emotional turmoil of bidding farewell to a show and cast that has become so tight-knit over the years.

"Knowing that we're coming to the end, I myself am just trying to soak it all up and remember every minute of it," says Liza Weil in an exclusive sneak peek at the sixth and final season.

"It's rare to find yourself ever to be a part of a group of actors like this," Charlie Weber adds.

"I think [Viola Davis] is one of the best actors alive," Jack Falahee says of the drama's esteemed lead actress. "Seeing her dedication to this story and the character has been really inspiring."

In addition to these tearjerking comments about the beginning of the end for How to Get Away with Murder, this sneak peek is also peppered with scenes from the Season 6 premiere, some of which are downright worrying. Between Oliver's (Conrad Ricamora) casual suggestion that Frank torture Xavier (Gerardo Celasco) for answers and Tegan's (Amirah Vann) ominous reference to Emmett's (Timothy Hutton) unknown fate, it's clear we're gearing up for one hell of a season.

Fortunately, knowing the conclusion is near, How to Get Away with Murder showrunner Pete Nowalk says he was able to craft a purposeful -- and hopefully satisfying -- ending. In fact, more than anything, he's promising answers as we head into this final season.

How to Get Away with Murder returns Thursday, Sept. 26 at 10/9c on ABC.
