Miley Cyrus has been accused of being a lot of things in recent weeks, but the latest stab is for alleged plagiarism. The rock band Lustra - we haven't heard of them either - is accusing Cyrus of ripping off their song "Scotty Doesn't Know," as her own in "Rockstar."

This all may be over, however, before it really starts. Cyrus' rep asserts that the superstar doesn't write her own songs. The allegation has been passed on to Disney, says PageSix.

It seems that Miley's success is making her a bigger target every week. Is she the victim of a fame-hungry music act, or could her songwriters have let their love of Eurotrip - the launchpad for Lustra's song in question - take them too far away from originality? - Anna Dimond
