HBO has signed TV vet Mark Tinker, a four-time Emmy winner, to join Deadwood as an executive producer and director. Speaking of HBO, Sopranos scribes Mitchell Burgess and Robin Green — who have penned such memorable episodes as the one where Ralphie got beheaded — have been signed by Paramount to develop and produce programming that will likely end up (and be heavily censored) on CBS.
