CITY DWELLER

Heather Locklear has signed on for another year of Spin City, a good indication that the ABC sitcom will be renewed for a sixth season, Variety reports. In a recent interview with TV Guide Online, Spin executive producer Gary David Goldberg said Locklear's comedic prowess has been woefully underrated, boasting, "I think she's as funny as any woman on TV right now." Despite the departure of Michael J. Fox, Spin City — now starring Charlie Sheen — continues to be a solid ratings performer for the network.
