In the ongoing saga of
Britney Spears' personal affairs, the hearings keep cropping up. In the latest of them on Tuesday, Spears was not granted visitation rights to see her young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. She has not seen them for a month and half.
According to TMZ, lawyers on the case could not agree to the terms of the visitation, despite Kevin Federline's and Jamie Spears' hopes that the pop star might regain her right to see her kids. In the meantime, Spears' former lawyers, Trope and Trope, are out, and Stacy Phillips is in. Also on Tuesday, a gag order request on Britney news was denied, which was likely met with the roaring sighs of relief from paparazzi across Los Angeles. - Anna Dimond
