THE BLAME GAME

Jerry Springer is being sued by the son of a slain guest who appeared on his show in July 2000. Nancy Campbell-Panitz was murdered by her husband Ralf Panitz just hours after their episode involving love triangles aired. Panitz was convicted of second-degree murder, but according to The Associated Press, his wife's son Jeffrey Campbell alleges that The Jerry Springer Show is responsible for creating the mood that lead to Campbell-Panitz's death.
