The American Film Institute has come out with its list of the Top 10 TV shows/movies of 2004, and, sadly, Scrubs is nowhere to be found. Ditto Carnivale. Or Gilmore Girls. That said, it's hard to argue with most of the jury's picks: The Sopranos, The Shield, Nip/Tuck, Arrested Development, South Park, Lost (Charlie's alive!!), Deadwood, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Desperate Housewives and the HBO movie Something the Lord Made. The key word here being "most."
