Gwen Stefani, despite boasting six nominations, is boycotting MTV's Video Music Awards, slated to air Aug. 28. A source tells the New York Daily News that Stefani's decision stems from her not being asked to perform at the awards show. "We love Gwen and hope she will be able to join us," says an MTV rep. Hmm, looks like someone didn't get the memo: Gwen ain't no hollaback girl.
