We Need to Talk About Felicity's New Hair in These Arrow Season 7 Photos

Oliver (Stephen Amell) might be the one doing jail time when Arrow returns for Season 7, but it looks like Felicity will be the one getting an edgy makeover.

In new photos for the Season 7 premiere (check out the gallery below for more), Felicity is rocking a new look that is kind of giving us flashbacks to "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak" episode, when she was rocking the black hair and piercings. This time around her hair is a killer pink color, but the piercings are back in action. Her new look isn't exactly screaming "Mama Felicity" like we expected, given she's now a single parent to William (Jack Moore), but honestly, we're not mad about it.

But we just have one question: Why on earth has Felicity made this huge change? Is she going full on witness protection with a new identity? Did she revert back into her hacktivist ways without Oliver by her side to help her fight the good fight? Right now our best theory about the makeover is that Felicity may be rocking the new look as a part of a Team Arrow operation since other photos from Season 7 have her sporting her regular blonde ponytail. Maybe that's what's got the both of them so upset in other photos -- he never did like to see Felicity putting herself in the line of fire, especially when he was unable to step in to protect her if needed. When you factor in that he's pretty banged up too? Yep, these poor babies are just worried about each other.

Either way, pretty-in-pink Felicity might just be our favorite Felicity yet! What do you think? Check out the gallery below for more photos!
