Derek heads West and gets tough with Davis, a louse of an uncle who forged Derek's father's will and ended up with his ranch, instead of having it rightfully go to Derek. Now Derek is determined to get back what belongs to him, but he still manages to find time for women. Both Evans and

director Witney for Republic, the studio he had long labored for, turning out serials and low-budget westerns.
