A waste of a fine cast, this film, shot in the ghettos of Chicago, is a poor comedy designed for black audiences. It stars Kotto as a black hustler who teaches youngsters his game. The film is held together by a razor-thin plot that has the ghetto neighborhood threatened with being torn down for the construction of a freeway.
