A spotty, overlong tale set in London at the turn of the century. After being accused of stealing her boss' jewelry, maid Garson hooks up with Wilding and together they go on a con-artist rampage, bilking folks out of their valuables. Their escapades take them to San Francisco, where they decide to make their partnership legal through marriage.
