Pretty average children's adventure film set in India and starring Marcel as a young animal trainer out to get revenge on a religious cult led by Foray, whose members have accidentally killed his parents in a forest fire that they set. Though his friends the Maharajah (Krugman) and Karloff

are sympathetic, they can do nothing to help the boy due to a lack of evidence. Eventually, Marcel discovers the cult's secret hiding place and witnesses strange rituals, but he is captured by the cult and sentenced to be burned alive. Marcel's two jungle friends, a tiger and an elephant, come to

the rescue and destroy Foray's temple. Filmed in India on location, although the few scenes with the always effective Karloff may have been separately shot and later integrated into the whole.
