Clarke stars (he also produced and directed) in this sometimes laughable sci-fi film about a physicist who becomes contaminated with radiation at an atomic plant and thereafter regresses into a lizard-like creature with a taste for human flesh, whenever he is hit by the rays of the sun

(sort of a werewolf in reverse, with scales instead of hair). The physicist tries valiantly to overcome his problem, but can't escape the sun and is eventually killed when he falls from a huge gas tank. Really low-budget stuff, but the costume is great.
