The Forty-Niners Reviews

This almost film noir western (heavy emphasis on voice-over narration) finds Elliott searching for crooked gambler Morgan, who hired the two killers of a federal agent. Posing as a gunman to win the gambler's confidence, Elliott bides his time until he can learn the identity of the murderers. A showdown with the gunmen ends one of "Red Ryder" series veteran Elliott's last oaters.
