Beginning with a major US heist, the action in this British crime film shifts to England, where O'Keefe tracks the crooks, with the help of Scotland Yard. The investigators discover that British crooks are manufacturing artificial diamonds for sale to Americans. Although it is photographed in 3-D, this film still lacks some much-needed dimension.
