Subway in the Sky Reviews

An intriguing crime tale set in Berlin with Johnson starring as a military medic accused of trafficking in stolen drugs. He escapes from the M.P.'s and hides out in a flat his wife rented, unaware that she has sublet it to Neff, a steamy night club singer. Johnson pleads with Neff to help him and --for reasons that can only be attributed to romance--she agrees. Johnson is convinced that his wife somehow stole the key to his military drug supply, but the real culprit is soon identified as his malicious stepson, Matalon. Neff, who undertook a career change in the 1960s to become a cabaret singer and songwriter, delivers one tune, "It Isn't Love."
