King of the Amateurs Fred Olen Ray ground out this slasher movie which is separated from the pack by virtue of its genuinely home-movie look and a supporting cast of B-movie veterans who show up with nothing to do. A group of teenagers poke their noses around a sacred Indian burial ground

and stir up a warrior's spirit, leading to the bloody removal of the kids' scalps through some laughable special effects. The film boasts Kirk Alyn of 1948's "Superman" serial, and Carroll Borland of Tod Browning's 1935 MARK OF THE VAMPIRE. Famous Monsters of Filmland editor Forrest J. Ackerman

makes another one of his cameos with a copy of the magazine in his hand. Unfortunately, the film is largely boring.
