Six slavering, drunken rednecks, the illegitimate sons of influential local business owner Tiny Doyle (Ned Beatty), terrorize the streets of their small town in their pick-up truck. Local trucker Big Joe Rosso (Laurence Dane) and his son, Joey (Don Michael Paul) do business with Tiny, delivering liquor to his bar, but that doesn't stop his sons drunkenly running Big Joe's wife, Kathy (Susan Hogan), off the road, killing her and her two daughters (Alyson Court, Marsha Moreau) as well. Thanks to Tiny Doyle's influence, the local judge sets them free after assessing a paltry $300 fine. The town sheriff (Michael J. Reynolds) is sympathetic, but he's about to retire and Doyle wields a lot of clout in this neck of the woods. Enraged and bereaved, Big Joe tries to avenge his family's deaths, but the backwoods Doyle brood kill him as well. For good measure they rape Joey's girlfriend (Lisa Howard), who, despite repeated warnings that the Doyles are "bad people," insists on going up to the bar to pass out Mothers Against Drunk Driving literature.

Enraged and frustrated, Joey builds a personal battle wagon out of junked car and truck parts, complete with seven-foot tall tires, a built-in flame thrower and a giant retractable combination drill and metal cutter mounted on the front bumper, and takes the titular rolling vengeance. Sleazy, cheaply made and surprisingly boring.
