from whom she was separated at childhood. Two criminals plot to steal Reynolds' collection, but his elaborate guillotine burglar system is set off, and one of them loses a finger. When he eventually is tripped up and lands head first in the guillotine trap, he is decapitated. Reynolds, witnessing

in horror, suffers a fatal heart attack. Stephenson goes off with her childhood sweetheart for the finale. This film was completed only nine hours before its premiere at the Sydney Film Festival.
