Panama Patrol Reviews

Ames and Wynters are a pair of Army officers set to be married. While at the marriage license bureau, they are interrupted by a call from their office. Then they're off to the Panama Canal, where they have to stop a group of Chinese spies. The group's actions are foiled, and the happy couple can marry at last. Though this is a solid B film with good plot development and first-rate photography, too much detail is given to the workings of such things as code deciphering, which causes the picture to drag in spots. There's also an absence of comic relief. Ames and Wynters make a good team, however, with Biberman fine in his role as a traitorous intelligence officer.
