Undercover agent Mahoney is sent to the Western town of Oaktown because it seems the Indians have been stirring up trouble and delaying the installation of the railroad. Actually, Bishop, a local saloon owner, wants the railroad to pass through some valuable property he owns so he can

collect a small fortune. He's been supplying the Indians with rifles and other weapons in order to stop the railroad from going elsewhere. The plot develops nicely and contains some good action sequences, but the color process (by the Color Corporation of America) mars the film with a murky tone.

Mahoney, who had been starring in TV's "Range Rider" series at the time, had previously worked with director Sears when they both served as actors in Charles Starrett's "Durango Kid" series.
