An action melodrama about anti-Semitism sees Ireland as a police lieutenant who tries to expose a gang of racist thugs. Ireland is helped by a victimized photography store owner, Tyne, who gets pictures of the gang in acts of vandalism and violence against Jews. Most of the film circles around the gang's attempts to get their hands on the pictures.
