Low-budget espionage film that glorifies Nagel's role as a federal agent. Foreign agents have kidnaped a naval officer who has possession of a secret formula. Nagel is called in and the chase is on. Hunt is an FBI agent and Nagel's girl friend. This film employs plenty of stock footage to fill in the gaps. And there are plenty of gaps to fill.
