Buchanan stars here as an aristocrat with a crush on showgirl Barry. He continues his pursuit by posing as a stagehand, at the same time hoping to make an impression on Barry's prudish mother, who is unaware of her daughter's profession. The film is mainly a vehicle to show off Buchanan's comic skills, which are mostly unmemorable.
