A typical "Blondie" film with comedy that is appealing to children and the childlike. Slapstick action centers on Dagwood (Lake) buying a horse when he should be buying a house. As always, his stupidity is the center of most of the gags. Of course, Blondie (Singleton) saves the day, the family, and Dagwood, but not the movie.
