Though his plantation is making a good deal of money producing Iron Lady Buddha Tea, Kelly has yet to see a dime. He arrives in Hong Kong to see what's up. There he meets Wynn, the Chinese secretary of English attorney Young. After the usual amount of intrigue, the pair discover that Young

has been keeping all the profits for himself while smuggling out opium in the tea shipments. Kelly stops his attorney and delivers him to the cops. It's a formula thriller that is greatly helped by nice photography of the city. The direction is good, though it could stand a little tightening up.

Kelly is fine in his part, giving a realistic and honest performance. Wynn is the complete opposite, a poor actress with an unbelievably phony accent.
