Looking for work, Kurizuka is hired by a narcotics dealer to kill Sugai, who is trying to block one of the mobster's drug deals. Kurizuka learns that Jono has married Sugai for money with which to support her brother, who had promised to give up his life of crime. Her brother, however, has taken

the money to improve his standing in the mob. Kurizuka decides to wipe out the brother's mob, but is killed before he can see her one last time. Nicely written story with strong American influences.
