Broadway Limited Reviews

Forced programmer has three Hollywood hopefuls traveling on the superliner from Chicago to New York to make it on Broadway, using as a prop a real baby whom they intend to promote to stardom. When police believe the infant has been kidnaped the problems mount for Woodworth, the would-be leading lady, Kelly, her wacky secretary, and Kinskey, an aspiring producer. The implausible plot offers nothing for McLaglen's talents. Woodworth, who was being built up by United Artists as the next Jean Harlow, runs about scantily clad to reveal a torrid torso but her acting abilities make it evident that she was destined to remain in B programmers.
