All in a Night's Work Reviews

Flaky MacLaine is suspected of being the mysterious woman who spent the night with a rich publishing kingpin, leaving the old geezer dead with a smile on his face. Fearing a scandal and a tremendous blackmail scheme, Martin, heir to the publishing business tries to seduce her and lets her know that he's aware of her sinister "plans." MacLaine, innocent nut that she is, is offended by his accusations and runs off. Martin, realizing that he's made a mistake and is really in love, follows. Enjoyable business-world comedy that uses MacLaine's dizzy charm well. Martin wanders through the film as if he can't wait for the director to yell, "Cut!"
