"I jog. I absolutely hate it, but I can do it anywhere, any place, any time. It burns a ton of calories and it makes my butt small. Honestly, that's all I care about it. I want my butt to be smaller in my skinny jeans, and running does that for me. When I'm in middle of nowhere on a farm in Tennessee, I can't go to my trendy mixed martial arts class but I can go for a jog and it works." — Jillian Michaels

"I'm not a gym bunny in any way, shape or form. So I do yoga three times a week, I horse-ride and I also hike literally outside my house. I walk down the canyon and I walk back up and it works for me because I can leave my front door, take my dog for a walk, come back, and 30 minutes later I've done some exercise. To be the most time-efficient you can possibly be and more importantly do something you enjoy, if you enjoy it you're halfway there." — Cat Deeley

"T and I stay fit for the summer by diet — eating healthy, eating clean. I got into standup paddle-boarding. Between 6 a.m. and noon you have a good window of opportunity where the water is amazing. It's a great workout that's not really a workout. Works upper, middle and lower body. It's so cool. I love it." — Dean McDermott

"I never had the tenacity to be a gym rat, I get bored, so the only thing that works for me is a healthy lifestyle. I'm vegetarian, I try to be super healthy, but also gardening and hikes and being outside and staying active." — Alyssa Milano

"I do circuit training and weight training, and I'm a runner, so I run a lot to keep my stamina up. I've gained weight and muscle, my metabolism has gone up, so it requires that I eat a lot more than when I'm not as active. I don't mind it because I just want to do what's healthy for my body." — Nicole Scherzinger

"I don't know why, but I feel like in New York I walk, like, 20 miles a day, so that's a workout. So I feel like, 'Yeah, I can eat that whole pizza. I walked 20 miles today in the city!' I'll have to get back on the treadmill when I get home. They [discourage] walking in L.A.! But I live in Venice, so I can just bike everywhere." — Cobie Smulders

"It's an ongoing commitment to make time for myself, and my health. I've found a few different workouts that I enjoy, and I don't allow myself excuses like being lazy or tired, because so many times I genuinely don't have time to work out in the day. So when I do, I have to get the workout in. No exceptions." — Alison Sweeney

"I'm super into these classes called Pilaxing. It's a fusion of pilates and kick boxing. You have the cardio workout with kick boxing as well as the core workout you get with pilates. They're so much fun, I go there and I'm soaked and I'm still laughing and smiling because half of it is almost a dance workout. On the weekends, I like to be active and do a lot of outdoors things. I'll do hiking, I'll do Runyon Canyon, ultimate Frisbee on the beach or bike riding." — Josie Loren
