Premieres: Sunday, March 6 at 9/8c Where We Left Off: Michael made a surprise return after being held captive on the Afghan/Pakistani border. Denise gave birth, while Frank watched via video feed. Jeremy got engaged to the Army nurse he met in Afghanistan. Pamela received an offer to join the Atlanta P.D., but Chase said he resigned from the Delta Force and asked her to take him back. What's Next: Claudia Joy prepares to send her daughter off to college as she herself graduates law school, Denise clashes with Jeremy's fiancée, and Pamela decides whether or not to take Chase back.

Stargate Universe (Syfy)

Premieres: Monday, March 7 at 10/9c Where We Left Off: After Rush gained control of Destiny's flight path, the crew found themselves in the middle of a war between two species. Telford, who was assumed dead, arrived in a seed ship to help with the war. Chloe escaped imprisonment and sent a message to the battling alien ships. What's Next: Chloe's message turns out to be a beacon for the aliens, who had tampered with her DNA, to come help fight. Cutting a deal with the aliens, Chloe's transformation is reversed, while the Destiny stays to help fight. In the final 10 episodes of the series, the crew will attempt to make it back to Earth.

Dancing with the Stars (ABC)

Premieres: Monday, March 21 at 8/7c Where We Left Off: Just when it seemed Bristol Palin couldn't be stopped, Jennifer Grey and Kyle Massey fans saved the day by putting them into the finals. Grey ultimately walked away with the prize. What's Next: Watching a cast — led by Kirstie Alley, E!'s Kendra Wilkinson and Karate Kid Ralph Macchio — stumble on for the next few months. Too soon to call it for Sugar Ray Leonard or Hines Ward?

Make It or Break It (ABC Family)

Premieres: Monday, March 28 at 9/8c Where We Left Off: During the gymnastics World Team tryouts, it seems everything goes wrong when Emily is arrested, Kaylie passes out from her eating disorder, and Payson must perform without her recently banned coach. The episode ends with Emily, Payson, and teammate Lauren making the World Team. What's Next: The team struggles to train while being taunted and must work towards the World Championships with a cloud hanging over their club. Kaylie, who isn't accepting her eating disorder in rehab, makes a new friend who helps her "appear" to be healthy so she can get out.

Nurse Jackie (Showtime)

Premieres: Monday, March 28 at 10/9c Where We Left Off: In the second-season finale, all of Jackie's lies came crashing down. When she's finally confronted by her husband Kevin and Dr. O'Hara, we thought "Whoa! Intervention!" But instead, Jackie locks herself in her bathroom and imagines a world where she's saying, "I'm Jackie, and I'm a drug addict." Then she snaps out of it. "Blow me," she says to her reflection. What's Next: Don't expect dramatic fallout. Jackie's been pushed into one heck of a corner, but if we know one thing about Jackie, it's that she can juggle. And she's one hell of a liar. Look for the bromance between Eddie and Kevin to continue to complicate her life.

Secret Life of the American Teenage (ABC Family)

Premieres: Monday, March 28 at 8/7c Where We Left Off: Amy and Ricky, who conceived son John after a one-night stand, decide to finally give being a family a real shot. Ben tells Adrian, whom he got pregnant (this is a high school show?) that he wants to be involved in raising their child. What's Next: : Amy and Ricky want to take the next step in their new relationship, but not before Amy makes Ricky get tested. Adrian and Ben learn the sex of their baby. Plus a wedding is in store for one of the show's couples.

United States of Tara (Showtime)

Premieres: Monday, March 28 at 10:30/9:30c Where We Left Off: On Nick and Charmaine's wedding day, Kate and Marshall unwittingly uncover upsetting information about Tara's childhood. What's Next: : Frances Conroy (Six Feet Under) joins the cast as Max's mom, who would be a big help to the Gregson family if she wasn’t such a compulsive hoarder. Eddie Izzard (The Riches) will play a psychology professor who is skeptical about dissociative identity disorder, but nonetheless takes an interest in Tara's ever-evolving condition.

Top Chef Masters (Bravo)

Premieres: Wednesday, April 6 at 11/10c Where We Left Off: It was a tight race to the end — we actually had our money on Susur Lee or Rick Moonen — but at the end of the day, Marcus Samuelsson clinched a win in the final cook-off. What's Next: Lots of changes! There's a new host (Curis Stone) and a new two-judge table (James Oseland and new addition Ruth Reichl). The format will also now look exactly like the original Top Chef, with cheftestants eliminated one by one.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl (Showtime)

Premieres:Thursday, April 7 at 10:30/9:30c Where We Left Off: On Bambi and Byron's wedding day, Belle learned that Duncan had a looser interpretation of their dating relationship than she thought. Disillusioned, Belle escaped to the Maldives, where she read a note from Ben in which he reveals his love for her. What's Next: Belle is now a proud home owner and continues her work, beginning with a barrister who enjoys dress-up role-playing. When Stephanie is taken into custody for money laundering, Belle must decide what to do with the business. Meanwhile, Ben has not forgotten his declaration of love and takes another step to prove his devotion to her.

Law & Order: Los Angeles (NBC)

Premieres: Monday, April 11 at 10/9c Where We Left Off: LAPD detectives Winters and Jaruszalski were pounding the pavement while prosecutors Morales and Dekker switched off tackling cases in the courtroom. What's Next: Look for a major shakeup in the courtroom and in the police station when Morales' frustration as a prosecutor drives him to return to the force as lead detective, replacing Winters. Law & Order vet Alana De La Garza will reprise her role as Connie Rubirosa, Dekker's new right-hand woman.

Friday Night Lights (NBC)

Premieres: Friday, April 15 at 8/7c Where We Left Off: After the East vs. West battle was done, the Lions were left standing. But Landry was ditched by another girlfriend.(What is with the Dillon ladies?) Tami resigned her post as principal of West Dillon, Matt and Julie parted ways again and, tragically, Tim took the fall for Billy. What's Next: : It's the final season, so bring the tissues. Not going to ruin anything here, but brace yourself for Eric and Tami's first real, long-lasting struggle of the series. Will their marriage make it to the end?

Premieres: Friday, April 15 at 10/9c Where We Left Off:The exasperating Adam tricked Druitt and took him prisoner, while Magnus, Will, Kate and Henry — on a search for Magnus' dad — faced execution for trespassing in the underground city of Praxis, ruled by the leader Ranna. Oops. What's Next: : They all die! Well ... sort of. Let's just say that Ranna underestimates the city's desperate needs and Magnus' usefulness when it comes to the Abnormals. That's right: It's time to save the (underground) world again.

Treme (HBO)

Premieres: Sunday, April 24 at 10/9c Where We Left Off: After throwing himself from a ferry, Creighton's body is found, but Toni refuses to honor his wishes for a second line at his funeral. Janette breaks it off with Davis and moves to New York. LaDonna finds closure by giving her dead brother Daymo a proper burial. What's Next: Creighton's suicide was just a glimpse of what's to come, as the season will focus much more on crime and depression. "That second year, in some ways, was harder than the first," executive producer Eric Overmyer says. "It was a dark year." Also, Jon Seda will join the cast as a politically connected developer and venture capitalist from Dallas who becomes involved in the renewal efforts.

In Plain Sight (USA)

Premieres: Sunday, May 1 at 10/9c Where We Left Off:Just when it seemed Marshall had mustered up the courage to tell Mary how he really feels about her, the two were interrupted by Stan. Season 3 ended with Mary and Agent Faber on vacation in Mexico, sharing a kiss. What's Next: : We hear Marshall may be moving on with a new woman. Also, after moving in together at the end of last season, expect Brandi and Peter to encounter some big hurdles on their path to domestic bliss.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent (USA)

Premieres: Sunday, May 1 at 9/8c Where We Left Off: Det. Nichols had to call on his estranged father to help solve the murder of a real estate agent. What's Next: : Nichols, and his partner Stevens, are out and detectives Goren and Eames are back in their first series appearances since Captain Daniel Ross' brutal murder in Season 9. Jay O. Sanders also joins the cast for the final season as new captain William Hannah.
