1. She can scream her head off

Everyone will get to see (hear?) Skyler scream along with Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer and Abigail Breslin when Scream Queens premieres on Fox. Get ready for a blood-curdling performance from television's rising it-girl!

2. She can accessorize with anything. Even blood.

She may have gotten her big break on The Disney Channel (more on that later), but now Skyler is all grown up with a role on one of falls sexiest, most anticipated new shows.

4. She's a Disney starlet

Skyler got her start with Disney. Her role as Gertrude "Gigi" Hollingsworth in Wizards of Waverly Place put her on the fast-track to stardom. Before Wizards, she was Brianna in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody with the super-cute Sprouse twins.

5. But before that, she was a Nick Chick

Though becoming Gigi on Wizards of Waverly Place solidified Skyler as a star, she actually got her start on Nickelodeon. For her first big gig, she played Ashley Blake in Drake & Josh.

6. Skyler Samuels is super popular

Skyler Samuels played Jess in TheDuff. Jess is pretty, popular, friendly ... basically high school's elite. It's a spot-on role for her, considering she's a photog favorite on the red carpet

7. She's graceful

In Fox's Scream Queens, Skyler plays Grace, a speculative pledge who upholds her family legacy by joining Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. The thing she never bargained for, though, was getting blood on her hands!

8. And speaking of red carpets ... she kills on 'em

The hair! The skin! The fash! We don't know whether Skyler's got an A-list glam squad or what, but red carpet sharks like Charlize Theron had better watch their backs. This it-girl is deadly.

9. She has heightened abilities

A few years back, Skyler took the lead role of Chloe King on the ABC show The Nine Lives of Chloe King. The show was canceled after just one season, despite a promising premise that was sort of a mashup of Sabrina The Teenage Witch and Catwoman. The show may not have left an impression, but Skyler did. She received a Teen Choice Award nomination for the Choice Breakout Star award.

10. She holds her own around major names

With Skyler Samuels, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Ariana Grande and more, Scream Queens totes a dynamite femme cast.

11. Skyler is a freak

In American Horror Story: Freak Show, Skyler played Bonnie Lipton, who was kidnapped by one of the creepiest clowns in television history. Our coulrophobia is flaring up just thinking about it.

12. Skyler + Keke = BFFs

Skyler and Keke Palmer are on-screen pals and buds in real life. They sure have a lot in common, both being savvy, successful, gorgeous young stars on the rise and all.

14. Keep your eye on her

15. Skyler and Abigail go way back

Scream Queens won't be Skyler's first time working with Abigail Breslin. The child stars were in a scene with Anne Hathaway in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement, back when they were so itty bitty and cute!
