"Justin Bieber's hair is gradually getting shorter, but it's looking kind of round and bowl-ish," Tabatha says. "It's a little Beatles-esque at the moment, and I'm not loving it. I think its needs to either be cut off or grown a little longer."

"I love Taylor Swift's hair when it's really straight with a heavy bang," Tabatha says. "It looks really stylish, fresh and modern on her. We're so used to seeing the curl and texture on her, so you can see by just blowing it out what a drastic change your hair can make."

"I adore Emma Watson's hair. She is my favorite at the moment," Tabatha says. "And the fact that she cut her — she took such a risk and it paid off. She has really small features, and this pixie look accentuates her bone structure, her great eyes and her jaw line. People often think it's masculine to have short hair, but she has these incredibly soft features and it really brings that out."

"Rihanna's gone really red and really curly. I have to say I liked it when it was shorter because it was such a signature look for her, and it was breathtakingly striking," Tabatha says. "But I get that you'd want to change it up. Is it my favorite? Not so much."

Miss

"One of the things I like about Ashlee Simpson is the fact that she loves to play with her hair, Tabatha says. "I don't mind the cut — I like it shorter. But I've seen better colors on her. I don't like this particular shade of blonde on her because it's a little brassy."

"Kate Middleton's hair is not the most interesting, although I think it looks really classic and chic on her," Tabatha says. "She truly is an English rose."

Miss

"I don't like this hair on Christina Aguilera. It's just too much hair," Tabatha says. "She looks fabulous blonde, but it looks Snooki-fied on top and isn't looking the fabulous way a true diva should look."

"I love Halle Berry's hair," Tabatha says. "She looks amazing with short hair and has such great bone structure that her face just pops when it's short. It looks chic and stylish."

"Kelly Osbourne has been through some hair ups and downs. She is very blonde at the moment and a little Marilyn-esque," Tabatha says. "I actually think it looks fabulous on her. She likes to have fun … and I like the retro '40s glam feel she's portraying. It goes with her new body."

Miss

"Taylor Momsen's hair is wrong on so many levels," Tabatha says. "It's like the '80s are calling and want you to go back to Gothville — and even then it wasn't right. I don't mind a little goth and the blonde hair, but this just doesn't look good."

Miss

"Scarlett Johansson's angled bob is a miss for me," Tabatha says. "I know a lot of people like it, but to me, it just looks unfinished. I think her hair has looked so much better than this in the past. I don't mind it short at all, but this just looks a little too choppy and sloppy."

"I think Zac Efron's hair always looks great," Tabatha says. "It's stylish, with that rugged, sexy-messy feel to it. He uses just enough product [to] where it looks structured without looking too stiff."
