Before Tiger Woods can complete his comeback, he's going to have to stop things from coming back up. The one-time best golfer in the world fought through his third round at the Hero World Challenge in Floridaon Saturday as he battled illness and threw up on the golf course after the first hole, ESPN reports.
Tiger Woods will not be participating in the Masters Tournament next week due to continuing problems with his back. The golf star made the announcement on his website Tuesday, saying that after having undergone a microdisectomy for a pinched nerve on Monday, he will have to sit out the tournament to recuperate.

After Lindsey Vonn seriously injured herself while skiing in Austria earlier this year, she was expected to be back on the slopes in November. But it now looks like she could be back as early as this weekend. In February, Vonn crashed in the super G during the 2013 World Championships in Austria, injuring her right knee. Jason Dufner won the PGA Championship Sunday, beating Jim Furyk with a bogey on the 18th hole. It's the first victory at a major for the 36-year-old. "I'm happy to get the job done," Dufner told The Associated Press. "It's a big step in my career."
