Things are going nuts in Riverdale now that there's an the influx of new people playing Gryphons and Gargoyles, but the people that fans still most want to see are Jughead's (Cole Sprouse) mom Gladys (Gina Gershon) and little sister Jellybean (Trinity Likins). The two don't make their official debut until the midseason finale next week, but that hasn't stopped us from trying to find out what to expect.

It turns out that Cole Sprouse is just eager as us for the other half of the Jones family's arrival, but not for the reason that you might expect.

"I think for me, it's nice to have a little more background on Jughead's character and his family life and a lore that has sort of been hinted at since Season 1 really," Sprouse told a group of reporters during a visit to the Riverdale set. "Loose ends that -- without saying too much -- do get addressed and do get talked about."

No one can say no to more Jughead, but it's obvious that Sprouse is keeping tight lipped about the family reunion. But Skeet Ulrich, who plays FP Jones on the series, was a bit more forthcoming about what Gladys and JB's return to Riverdale will mean. According to the star, their arrival is not necessarily great news for FP, who has done pretty well staying out of trouble thus far this season.

"I think there's a lot to be worried about. He's started to get life by the horns a little bit and find a workable life with Jughead and their situation, and [Gladys] is the ex factor," Ulrich said. "As with most toxic relationships, there's someone that just sets you off. So, it would be curious to see what happens going down the line. The reunion is certainly not how he would have wanted it... but I think she is just like he was in the first season, just such a wildcard. You just don't know what's coming."

What we want to know most is what happens when that wild card meets FP's pseudo girlfriend Alice (Madchen Amick)? We can't wait!

Riverdale airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
