Earlier this year, the Pretty Little Liars spin-off The Perfectionistsmade a bold announcement via Twitter revealing that Aria (Lucy Hale) and Ezra (Ian Harding) had not only had their first child, but they named the baby girl Katherine Ella, after Aria's mom (Holly Marie Combs).

While the news came out in March, Hale didn't find out about the baby's name until TV Guide informed her at the Television Critics Association summer press tour as she was promoting her new CW series, Katy Keene.

"I didn't know this, that's really sweet!" she declared. "Nobody tells me anything. That's so nice! That's very cool. I love that."

Hale is obviously very touched by the name, but we also asked how she thinks Aria is enjoying being a mom. It turns out, she thinks the young author is a natural at taking care of a family.

"I feel like she was born to be a mom. All of those girls in general are super maternal," she said. "I often sit and wonder, I'm like, 'I wonder what they'd be doing.' It was really sad to close that chapter, but it sounds like she's doing great! That's awesome. [Go] Aria and Ezra!"

While we're still waiting to hear if The Perfectionists will return for Season 2, and thus give us more PLL updates, you can catch Hale on Katy Keene in 2020. The show premieres at midseason on The CW.
