Premise: One of the most popular (and realistic) of the many 1950s-early '60s Westerns. The series had a continuity akin to a serialized drama and featured a star-making turn by Hugh O'Brian as the celebrated lawman of Dodge City (the town that, on a different TV viewing night, had another imposing marshal, Matt Dillon of `Gunsmoke').
