Meanwhile, Jack argues over the course of his sister's care, and for cappers, a patient (Joseph D. Reitman) tries to check himself into the psych ward, claiming that he will become a werewolf when the sun goes down. He's first thought to be a crank, but winds up holding the psych-ward staff hostage.
