Winner Take All
The first game show from Goodson and Todman featured two contestants answering trivia questions, one ringing in using a bell and the other using a buzzer. The first player with three correct answers won, and the winner returned to compete on the next show. A daytime version aired in 1951 on CBS and in 1952 on NBC, with a twist: The players answered questions based on skits or songs they had just seen performed.
