The host gets into character while visiting Old Sturbridge Village, a living history museum in Massachusetts. He prepares a traditional 19th-century meal that requires him to milk cows, chop wood and churn butter. Later, he heads to Las Vegas and works as a "wine angel" in Aureole Restaurant.
