Premise: Executive producer Oliver Stone's high-tech miniseries has unusual characters and situations that fans of the bizarre might relish. It's set in 2007, when Harry Wyckoff, a Los Angeles executive, becomes involved with a senator who's launching a TV station that uses virtual reality for mind control.
