Confident that the Brit hit-inspired concept would be successful, ABC, months before the show's premiere, cooked up `companion' specials that exchanged husbands, bosses and even vacations. Equally sure of the success was Fox, which launched a quickie rip-off titled 'Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy.'
