Alex makes a boozy marriage proposal to Whitney after attending a bachelor party, but romantic woes follow when Whitney discovers he broke a rule by being at a strip club. Meanwhile, Lily and Neal try to navigate their ambiguous new friendship; and Mark begins falling for Roxanne.
Season 1 closes with Alex and Whitney heading to city hall to tie the knot, but the discovery that Whitney's driver's license has expired triggers a string of oddball complications. Elsewhere, Neal is prodded into revealing his true feelings for Roxanne.
