Premise: A kids-oriented fantasy about a `time cop' and his young companion who travel through history. Their stops include ancient Egypt, World War I France and 1903 Ohio (to visit the Wright Brothers). The lead character is named Phineas Bogg, a nod to Jules Verne's `Around the World in Eighty Days' hero, Phileas Fogg.
