Premise: The 22nd annual music fete, which honors the year's best videos, features Sean “Diddy” Combs as host. Acts include Mariah Carey, Kelly Clarkson, Coldplay, Green Day, 50 Cent, the Killers, Ludacris, Shakira, Kanye West, R. Kelly and My Chemical Romance.
