Premise: Snoop Dogg hosts the second annual event in Santa Monica, Cal. The gala, which recognizes the best in the video-game industry, also features music performances by rock and hip-hop artists, including Sum 41, Ludacris and the Doors, who perform “Riders on the Storm” with Snoop.
